Schedule of GCLC Activities
GLCL activities are designed for children in grades 4 through 6.
To participate in a GCLC activity, the child's parent or legal guardian must submit a GCLC Consent & Medical Information form.
A parent/guardian should fill and submit the online form linked to the QR code at the left (it is also at this link).
Alternately, they may print a pdf copy of the GCLC Consent & Medical Information Form at this link, fill and sign the form, and return the signed form to
GCLC, 1007 Kimberly Drive, Lansing, MI 48912.
